यमुनानगर निवासी सुमन चौधरी ने हाईकोर्ट में केस फाइल करके उन चयनित JBT को पार्टी बनाया है जिनका JBT का डिप्लोमा ही 2013 में पास हुआ था l याचिकाकर्ता का तर्क है कि आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि 08-12-2012 थी और कुछ उम्मीदवारों का JBT का डिप्लोमा ही 2013 में पास हुआ है l उनका तर्क है कि 2013 में JBT का डिप्लोमा पर करने वाले अयोग्य हैं

याचिकाकर्ता वेटिंग लिस्ट में पहले नम्बर है और उसने 04-09-2017 को लीगल नोटिस भी भेज दिया था l

हाईकोर्ट ने इस केस में 14-2-2018 के लिए नाटिस जारी किया है l

Inter alia submits that the petitioner was an applicant in the SC Category for the post of PRT/JBT Teacher against Advertisement No.2/2012 dated 08.11.2012 (Annexure P-1). The cut-off-date was 08.12.2012 and the essential qualification required was 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (page No.27). It is submitted that private respondents acquired the same only in the year 2013 (Annexure P-7) and were not eligible. The petitioner is figuring at Serial No.1 of the waiting list as per Annexure P-6 and a legal notice dated 04.09.2017 (Annexure P-9) has been served upon the respondents for cancelling the candidature and offering appointment to the petitioner, which is to be acted upon.
