RBI to Recruit 34 Assistant Managers

Reserve Bank of India invites online applications for the recruitment of 34 Assistant Manager (Security). The Assistant Manager (Security) will be responsible for maintaining internal security within the Bank's Office Buildings and Managing the entire security team. Applications are available till 17th December 2013.

Salary 

Starting basic pay will be Rs. 17, 100/- per month on the pay scale applicable to officers in Grade 'A' additional perks include Dearness Allowance, Local Allowance, House Allowance, Family Allowance, Grade Allowance, and reimbursement of medical expenses in addition to free dispensary facilities. Total cost-to-bank would be around Rs. 9 lakh per annum.
    
Eligibility

Age: Minimum age of the candidate should be 25 years and maximum age should be 40 years.
Experience: 
The candidate should be an officer with a minimum of five years of commissioned service in the Army/Navy/Air Force
OR
The candidate should be of the rank equivalent to Assistant Commandant with minimum five years service in Paramilitary Forces such as Border Security Force, Central Reserve Police Force, Assam Rifles, Indo-Tibetan Border Police, Central Industrial Security Force, Sashastra Seema Bal, Defence Security Corps, National Security Guard, Railway Protection Force, Rashtriya Rifles, Special Protection Force, Commando Battalion for Resolute Action, Special Frontier Force and Home Guards.

How to Apply
Application fees: Rs. 100/-. No fees for SC/ST and RBI staff candidates. 

Application is completed online from the RBI official website. 
Before you begin the application process, keep ready with you a valid email id and a scanned copy of your signature and passport size photograph.

After filling in the application form successfully the completed online form will be available with a valid registration number which needs to be printed. To complete the application process submit the print out of the completed application form with 6 copies of Bio-data form and a photocopy of the following documents and send by Post to the official address.

1. Matriculation or SSC examination certificate for proof of age.
2. Degree certificate and mark sheets relevant for educational qualifications.
3. For Defence officers, the certificate indicating full details of your service as a commissioned officer in the Defence Forces (Army/Navy/Air Force)
4. For personnel from Paramilitary Services, the certificate indicating full details of your service including as Assistant Commandant or its equivalent rank. In case the rank is other than Assistant Commandant, submit an additional certificate from employer duly indicating that the rank is equivalent to Assistant Commandant. 
5. In case retired from the service, submit the Discharge Certificate/Service Record Book /Record of Service Book duly indicating the date of joining with rank/designation, date of relieving with rank/designation and reason for relieving etc. issued by the Employer/Competent authority.
6. In case candidate belongs to SC/ST/OBC category, copy of the Latest Caste Certificate in the format given on website.

Payment of fees:
To pay application fees Offline, select the offline payment option while filling in the application form and a fee payment challan will be generated. Submit the challan with the required fees at any branch of Bank of Baroda / Bank of India / Bank of Maharashtra / Central Bank of India / Indian Overseas Bank / Punjab National Bank / United Bank of India.

भारतीय नौसेना में भर्ती, 12वीं पास करें आवेदन

भारतीय नौसेना में शॉर्ट सर्विस कमीशन के तहत सीनियर सेकंडरी रेक्रूट (एसएसआर) बैच-2/2014 में भर्ती के लिए आवेदन आमंत्रित किए गए हैं। 

इसमें ऐसे उम्मीदवार आवेदन कर सकते हैं जिनका जन्म 1 अगस्त 1993 से 31 जुलाई 1997 के बीच हुआ हो तथा गणित व भौतिक विज्ञान को अनिवार्य विषय के रूप में रखकर 12वीं पास की हो तथा वैकल्पिक विषयों के रूप में रसायन शास्‍त्र/जीव विज्ञान/कंप्यूटर साइंस रखे हों।

इसमें चयन के लिए एक लिखित परीक्षा का आयोजन किया जाएगा, जिसमें बहुविकल्पीय प्रश्न होंगे, इसके अतिरिक्त शारीरिक परीक्षण तथा चिक‌ित्सीय जांच का भी प्रावधान है।

चयन के पश्चात प्रशिक्षण के दौरान 5700 रुपये प्रति माह का भुगतान किया जाएगा बाद में नियमित रूप से पद धारण करने पर 5200-20200 रुपये प्लस ग्रेड पे 2000 रुपये प्लस 2000/एमएसपी प्लस भत्ता प्राप्त होगा।

लिखित परीक्षा में अंग्रेजी, विज्ञान, गणित और सामान्य ज्ञान के प्रश्न पूछे जाएंगे। इसके तहत ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने की अंत‌िम तिथि 6 ‌दिसंबर 2013 है।

Haryana Gramin Bank issues notification for various posts

Haryana Gramin Bank has issued notification for recruitment of the Officer in Junior Management (Scale-I) and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) vacancies. UPSC Combined Defence Services Examination I:

Names of Courses:
1. Indian Military Academy: 250 Posts
2. Indian Naval Academy: 40 Posts
3. Air Force Academy: 32 Posts
4. Officers Training Academy (Men): 175 Posts
5. Officers Training Academy (Women): 12 Posts

Age Limit: Unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 02-01-1991 and not later than 02-01-1996 for Indian Military Academy & Indian Naval Academy, Unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 02-01-1992 and not later than 01-01-1996 for Air Force Academy, Male candidates born not earlier than 02-01-1990 and not later than 01-01-1996 for Officers Training Academy (Men) and Unmarried woman should have been born not earlier than 02-01-1990 and not later than 01-01-1996 for Officers Training Academy (Women).

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Degree from a recognized University for IMA, Officers Training Academy posts, Degree from a recognized University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering for Air Force Academy post and candidates must possess Degree in Engineering for Indian Naval Academy.

Application Fee: Candidates belongs to General and OBC category have to pay Rs.200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only) towards application fee either by depositing the money in any branch of SBI by cash, or by using net banking facility of SBI, State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur/State Bank of Hyderabad/ State Bank of Mysore/ State Bank of Patiala/ State Bank of Travancore or by using Visa/ Master Credit/ Debit Card. SC/ST/Female candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in written exam, interview test.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply through online from UPSC website www.upsconline.nic.in from 02-11-2013 to 02-12-2013 till 11:59 PM.

Instructions for Online Application:
1. Candidates must scan their photo and signature and make the payment before starting the application procedure.
2. Log on to www.upsconline.nic.in to start the application process.
3. Select on ‘Online Application for Various Examinations of UPSC’ link and select the Combined Defence Services Examination I link.
4. Select the Part-I Registration link which consists of personal details, fill all details carefully.
5. After filling up all marked details of Part-I, click on ‘Continue’ button.
6. This will provide you with Registration ID, retain it for further use.
7. To fill up Part-II of Application, Registration Number and Date of Birth must be entered.
8. Fill all marked details carefully and submit the Application on or before 02-12-2013.

Important Dates:
Date of Issue:02-11-2013.
Starting Date for Online Registration : 02-11-2013.
Last Date for Online Application: 02-12-2013 till 11:59 PM.
Date of Examination: 09-02-2014.
