भारत के राजपत्र दिनांक 8 फरवरी, 2014 में सांख्यिकी और कार्यक्रम कार्यान्वयन मंत्रालय द्वारा प्रकाशित नियमों के अनुसार कनिष्ठ समय वेतनमान में भर्ती के लिए संघ लोक सेवा आयोग द्वारा 24 मई, 2014 से एक सम्मिलित प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा के लिए आवेदन मंगाए गए हैं।

इन केंद्रों पर आयोजित की जाएगी परीक्षा

इन पदों के लिए जिन केंद्रों पर परीक्षा आयोजित की जाएगी उनमें अहमदाबाद, इलाहाबाद, बंगलूरू, भोपाल, चंडीगढ़, चेन्नई, कटक, दिल्ली, दिसपुर, हैदराबाद, जयपुर, जम्मू, कोलकाता, लखनऊ, मुंबई, पटना, शिलांग, शिमला और तिरुवनंतपुरम शामिल है।

हर केंद्र की क्षमता पूर्व निर्धारित है। परीक्षा के लिए मनपसंद केंद्र प्राप्त करने के लिए यथाशिघ्र आवेदन करें।

केंद्र 'पहले आवेदन करो, पहले आवंटन पाओ' के आधार पर दिया जाएगा।

21 से 29 वर्ष के युवा करें आवेदन

इन पदों के उम्मीदवारों के लिए न्यूनतम आयु सीमा 21 वर्ष तथा अधिकतम आयु सीमा 30 वर्ष से कम होनी चाहिए। आयु की गणना 1 अगस्त, 2014 से की जाएगी।

आरक्षित वर्ग को नियमानुसार आयु सीमा में छूट प्रदान की गई है।

आवेदन शुल्क के तहत उम्मीदवारों को 200 रुपये जमा कराना होगा। महिला सहित सभी आरक्षित वर्ग को आवेदन शुल्क से मुक्‍त रखा गया है।

ये अभ्यर्थी हैं शैक्षिक तौर पर योग्य

शैक्षिक योग्यता के तहत भारतीय आर्थिक सेवा के पद पर आवेदन करने वाला उम्मीदवार किसी मान्यताप्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से अर्थशास्‍त्र या विषय के समकक्ष में स्नातकोत्तर की उपाधि धारक हो।

वहीं सांख्यिकी सेवा के पद पर आवेदन करने वाला उम्मीदवार किसी मान्यताप्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से सांख्यिकी या समकक्ष विषय के साथ स्नातक की डिग्री प्राप्त की हो।

हेड कॉन्सटेबल बनने का सुनहरा मौका

केंद्रीय रिजर्व पुलिस बल में हेड कॉन्सटेबल के 482 पदों को भरने के लिए विज्ञप्ति जारी की गई है।

इन पदों के लिए निर्धारित योग्यता रखने वाले भारतीय पुरुष और महिला नागरिकों से आवेदन मंगाए गए हैं।

लाखों की संख्या में शिक्षकों की वेकेंसियां.............

नई दिल्ली। सर्वशिक्षा अभियान (एसएसए) के तहत देश के विभिन्न प्रदेशों में शिक्षकों के 19.84 लाख रिक्त पदों को भरने के लक्ष्य में से पिछले वर्ष सितंबर माह तक 14.34 लाख पदों को ही भरा जा सका अर्थात करीब साढे पांच लाख शिक्षक पदों को अभी भरा जाना शेष है।

पिछले वर्ष 30 सितंबर तक बिहार में वित्त वर्ष 2013.14 तक के लक्ष्य का 50 प्रतिशत हासिल किया जा सका था जबकि गुजरात में 53 प्रतिशत, दिल्ली में 54 प्रतिशत, झारखंड में 67 प्रतिशत, पश्चिम बंगाल और उत्तरप्रदेश में 69 प्रतिशत कार्य पूरा किया जा सका। 

शिक्षा का अधिकार कानून 2009 पर राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा अनुसंधान एवं प्रशिक्षण परिषद :एनसीईआरटी: की स्थिति रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, पूरे देश में वित्त वर्ष 2013.14 तक शिक्षकों के पदों को भरने के लक्ष्य का 72 प्रतिशत हासिल किया जा सका है।

बिहार में 2013.14 में 4.03 लाख शिक्षकों के पदों को भरने का लक्ष्य था जबकि 30 सितंबर 2013 तक 2.01 लाख पदों को भरा जा सका। दिल्ली में 2013.14 में 7104 शिक्षकों के पदों को भरने का लक्ष्य था जबकि 30 सितंबर 2013 तक 3834 पदों को भरा जा सका।

गुजरात में 2013.14 में 58 हजार शिक्षकों के पदों को भरने का लक्ष्य था जबकि 30 सितंबर 2013 तक 31 हजार पदों को भरा जा सका। झारखंड में 2013.14 में 1.2 लाख शिक्षकों के पदों को भरने का लक्ष्य था जबकि 30 सितंबर 2013 तक 80 हजार पदों को भरा जा सका।

उत्तरप्रदेश में 2013.14 में 4.23 लाख शिक्षकों के पदों को भरने का लक्ष्य था जबकि 30 सितंबर 2013 तक 2.92 लाख पदों को भरा जा सका। पश्चिम बंगाल में 2013.14 में 1.99 लाख शिक्षकों के पदों को भरने का लक्ष्य था जबकि 30 सितंबर 2013 तक 1.36 लाख पदों को भरा जा सका।

इस अवधि में मध्यप्रदेश ने लक्ष्य का 98 प्रतिशत, ओडिशा ने 94 प्रतिशत, आंध्र प्रदेश ने 97 प्रतिशत राजस्थान ने लक्ष्य का 85 प्रतिशत, पंजाब ने लक्ष्य का 76 प्रतिशत काम पूरा किया। 

मध्यप्रदेश में शिक्षकों के 1.7 लाख पदों को भरने का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया गया था जिसमें से 30 सितंबर 2013 तक 1.69 लाख पदों को भरा जा सका। ओडिशा में 89 हजार पदों को भरने का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया गया था जिसमें 30 सितंबर 2013 तक 84 हजार पदों को भरा जा सका। 

आंध्रप्रदेश में 39354 हजार पदों को भरने का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया गया था जिसमें 30 सितंबर 2013 तक 38319 हजार पदों को भरा जा सका। राजस्थान में 1.14 लाख पदों को भरने का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया गया था जिसमें 30 सितंबर 2013 तक करीब 1 लाख पदों को भरा जा सका।

तमिलनाडु में शिक्षकों के 45876 पदों को भरने का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया गया था जिसमें 30 सितंबर 2013 तक 33214 पदों को भरा जा सका। हाल ही में संसद की स्थायी समिति ने सभी बच्चों को गुणवत्तापूर्ण प्राथमिक शिक्षा उपलब्ध कराने के मार्ग में शिक्षकों की कमी के आड़े आने पर गंभीर चिंता व्यक्त की है। शिक्षा के अधिकार के तहत स्कूलों में दक्ष शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति को महत्वपूर्ण कारक बताया गया है।

एलडीसी और सहायक बनने का मौका

भारत सरकार के कैबिनेट सचिवालय में अवर श्रेणी लिपिक और सहायक के पदों को भरने के लिए विज्ञप्ति जारी की गई है।

इन पदों को भरने के लिए निर्धारित शैक्षिक योग्यता रखने वाले भारतीय नागरिकों से आवेदन आमंत्रित किए गए हैं।

30 वर्ष तक के युवा करें आवेदन

आयु सीमा के तहत अवर श्रेणी लिपिक के पद पर आवेदन करने वाले उम्मीदवार की न्यूनतम आयु सीमा 18 वर्ष तथा अधिकतम आयु सीमा 27 वर्ष और सहायक के पद पर आवेदन करने वाले उम्मीदवार की अधिकतम आयु सीमा 30 वर्ष निर्धारित की गई।

आरक्षित वर्ग ऊपरी आयु सीमा में नियमानुसार छूट प्रदान की गई है। आयु की गणना 14 फरवरी, 2014 से की जाएगी।

वेतनमान के तौर पर अवर श्रेणी लिपिक के पद पर चयनित उम्मीदवार को 5200-20200 रुपए तथा ग्रेड पे 1900 रुपए और सहायक के पद पर चयनित उम्मीदवार को 9300-34800 रुपए तथा ग्रेड पे 4600 रुपए निर्धारित है।

इसके अलावा प्रतिमाह दोनों पदों के उम्मीदवार को बेसिक वेतनमान का 15 प्रतिशत अलाउंस दिया जाएगा।

पदों के लिए ये हैं योग्यताएं

अवर श्रेणी लिपिक के पद के लिए आवेदन करने वाला उम्मीदवार किसी मान्यताप्राप्त शिक्षा बोर्ड से शैक्षणिक तौर पर बारहवीं पास की हो तथा अंग्रेजी में 35 शब्द प्रति मिनट या हिंदी में 30 शब्द प्रति मिनट की टंकण गति रखता हो।

वहीं सहायक के पद के लिए आवेदन करने वाला उम्मीदवार किसी मान्यताप्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से स्नातक डिग्री प्राप्त की हो तथा कंप्यूटर पर कार्य करने में सक्षम हो।

इन पदों के लिए आवेदन करने वाले उम्मीदवार निर्धारित आवेदन पत्र को ए-4 आकार के पेपर पर पुनः टंकित कर लें तथा उसे अंग्रेजी के बड़े अक्षरों में भरें।

भरे हुए आवेदन पत्र के लिफाफे के ऊपर आवेदित पद का नाम लिखकर उसे "पोस्ट बैग नं. 001, लोधी रोड हेड पोस्ट ऑफिस, नई दिल्ली-110003 के पते पर भेजें।

दुश्मनों को नेस्तनाबूद करने का मंसूबा रखने वाले युवाओं के लिए भारतीय वायुसेना में रोजगार के बेहतरीन मौके हैं।

भारतीय वायु सेना में ग्रुप 'एक्स' (तकनीकी) ट्रेडों में वायु सेना के रूप में प्रवेश पाने के लिए जून 2014 में चयन परीक्षा आयोजित की जाएगी।

इन पदों के लिए अविवाहित पुरुष उम्‍मीदवार जो कि भारत या नेपाल के नागरिक हों से आवेदन मंगाए गए हैं।

यह है शैक्षिक योग्यता

वायुसैनिक के पद के लिए आवदेन करने वाला उम्मीदवार शैक्षणिक तौर पर इंटरमीडिएट या समकक्ष परीक्षा गणित, भौतिक और अंग्रेजी, कुल में 50 प्रतिशत अंकों, अंग्रेजी 50 प्रतिशत अंकों के साथ पास की हो या मान्यताप्राप्त संस्‍थान से इंजीनीयरी ट्रेड में 50 प्रतिशत अंकों के सा‌थ तीन वर्षीय डिप्लोमा धारक हो।

21 वर्ष तक के युवा करें आवेदन, पाएं बेहतर वेतन

इन पदों के लिए आवेदन करने वाला उम्मीदवार 1 फरवरी, 1994 से 30 नवंबर, 1997 के बीच पैदा होना चाहिए। प्रवेश की ऊपरी सीमा 21 वर्ष निर्धारित है।

इन पदों पर चयनित उम्मीदवार को प्रशिक्षण के दौरान 8,500 रुपये वजीफा का भुगतान किया जाएगा। प्रशिक्षण पूरा होने पर प्रारंभिक कुल परिलब्धियां 23,655 रुपये प्रति माह होगी जो बाद में 41,743 रुपये तक बढ़ाई जा सकती है।

इसके साथ ही वायु सैनिकों के लिए मान्य भत्ता और अन्य सुविधाएं दी जाएंगी।
